Rollin' Along

3 weeks.  That's how long we have been back. It feels like I've been here forever and yet it also feels like I've just left. This is not an easy life, nor is it for everyone. But today I am finding joy in the fact that God has called us to this great work. Today I rest in His goodness, and more importantly in His greatness. Today I find joy in Him. In small things like a good morning workout, kids sleeping late and a boat ride later in the day with my family.

We have done a lot in 3 weeks. We've been able to share in a couple of churches, visit family and friends, work youth camp, and rejoice in the fact that our luggage arrived safely (and mostly in good condition).

We have 5 weeks left. And then it's back to normal. Back home to dust and sand. Cars honking. Village life. Back home to new teachers, old teachers, good friends, my regular doctor. I don't want to miss anything here, but I also feel like we're missing so much over there.

Today I'm soaking up the time we have left. It's gong by a lot faster that I thought it would.
